Sweet and salty is not a trend, y'all! It's closer to a law of physics, and Salted Honey obeys it. It starts with real granulated honey, backs it with brown sugar, and finishes with salt that wakes the whole thing up.
Shake it on a snickerdoodle cookie after it bakes. Stir it into hot tea and feel smug about it. Fair warning: plain sugar starts to feel like a downgrade.
